Los Angeles, CA (06/10/2024) – The independent international and domestic multi-award-winning short documentary film, “Justice for George Floyd: The Tipping Point?” ceased a win for Best Director Short Film (Fiction/Documentary) at the Los Angeles Short Film Awards. It was produced and directed by Dr. Christopher C. Odom, MFA, PhD. The documentary short film explores the use of imagery and narrative on social media during the Justice for George Floyd Protests and offers activities strategies for future social movements rooted in social justice, social change, and equity for people of color.
